Project Overview

RitzCraft contacted T-Ross Brothers Construction, Inc. for a Design-Build project based on T-Ross Brothers Construction, Inc. past performance and their relationship with RitzCraft dating back nearly 50 years. Together T-Ross Brothers Construction, Inc. and RitzCraft management designed a new Lunchroom facility at the Mifflinburg based Ritz-Craft Corporation. The new construction consisted of a Vending Café Lunchroom, Men’s and Ladies Locker rooms, Foreman’s offices and Employee Loft overlooking the lunchroom. A tower feature accentuates the front entry which opens into the lunchroom and attention is drawn to the dramatic custom-built open stairs with river birch stair treads. T-Ross Brothers Construction, Inc. was recently recognized by Metallic Building Systems with an Award of Merit in Metallic’s 2021 contest for its National Building of the Year.
