Project Overview

This Design-Build project at Aubrey Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove, PA included an 18,613 square foot metal building addition and renovations to existing parts of storage and service bays. The additions include a showroom, lobby, service area with write-up and drop-off, 10 more service bays, administrative and sales offices, and updated building façade. Along with these multiple improvements, this was also a green building project, which features recycling construction waste materials, rainwater management system, optimized energy performance, and indoor air quality management.
